This is a great book with some different workout routines.
I am always looking for ways to mix up my workouts. This book provided some new insights and workouts that incorporate strength, suppleness (simple yoga), and basic meditation. Highly recommend.

This is a great book. I was looking for a new workout routine and this one hit the nail on the head. I like that the author included a stretch routine in here, I think that's an often overlooked section for a book. Overall great book, I recommend it.
